Delete your account

You can delete your Shh Head account whenever you want. You don’t need to ask us first, and you don’t need an account to read this page.

In the app

1. Open Shh Head.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated straight away and you are signed out.

By email

If you can’t get into the app, email humpbackcorp@protonmail.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm once it is done, and within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, so that email address can no longer be used to sign in.
• Your display name and profile.
• Your games and results, rankings, private rooms, house rules and invitations.
• Any support messages you sent us, once they are no longer needed to answer you.

All of it is deleted, or stripped of anything that identifies you, within 30 days of your request.

What we keep

• Server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period as part of normal security, then deleted.
• Reports about other players, kept without your personal details so we can still act on them.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

Afterwards

Deleting your account does not hold your display name for you, and it cannot be undone. You are welcome to sign up again with the same email address, but your old games and rankings will be gone.
